Here we roast dried chiles, tomatoes, onins & garlic along with the chicken for the enchiladas then remove the veggies and puree into a rich, slightly smokey sauce that is so yum! We send the sauce on the side for topping before baking. Also sent with fresh lime and sour cream for serving. With fresh corn Spanish rice on the side.
