We use imported red New Mexico dried chiles for the sauce, then Hatch green chiles in the burritos.  Both are mild and so full of flavor!  Hash browns, beef chorizo cooked with the chile sauce, eggs, mild green chiles and shredded cheddar rolled up in a yummy flour tortilla. 3 per order.
