A light version of a classic...this recipe was given to my mom by a neighbor when we lived in Naples, Italy. Grass-fed beef, garlic, onion, oregano and basil with San Marzano tomatoes. Simple but so good. Served with Rummo spaghetti and a Cesar salad.
