I made this for dinner a couple of nights ago and even my super picky guys loved it. Organic chicken breasts pan seared then finished in the oven so they are nice and juicy. We then make a pan sauce with butter, white wine, shallot, fresh thyme and a squeeze of lemon juice at the end. It makes for a savory, silky sauce full of flavor. Sent with roasted colorful cauliflower and garlic sauteed mushrooms. Super low carb and super yum! This is also crazy good with mashed potatoes if you want to add some Buttery Mashed Potatoes from our Veggie Sides section!
